I would like to apply for a technical designer apprenticeship with your company.
I became aware of your firm because I own a small allotment house directly opposite your office on Haslegaardsvej in Aarhus – and for quite some time, I have followed your work and projects with curious interest.
I am currently completing my education as a technical designer and have over 20 years of experience with CAD software and BIM tools – particularly AutoCAD and Revit. In addition, I teach Twinmotion and actively use visualization to create clarity, quality, and strong communication in projects.
I work in a structured and detail-oriented way and place great emphasis on precise drawings and clear documentation – something I know is essential in advisory and design processes.
I hold a degree as a Diplomingenieur in Architecture and Construction from Germany and also have a Danish bachelor’s degree in web development.
I am originally from Germany and have lived in Denmark since 2008. I speak and write Danish, German, English, and Dutch fluently, which allows me to collaborate flexibly across professions, companies, and nationalities.
As part of my education, I offer an internship period, which could be a good opportunity for us to get to know each other and test our collaboration in practice. I am used to taking responsibility, learning new systems quickly, and working independently – while also valuing good dialogue and strong teamwork. Humor and human connection with my colleagues are important to me.
I thrive in interdisciplinary collaboration and enjoy sketching, design, and construction – as well as visualization and communication through Twinmotion, a tool I also teach in short intensive courses via CADskolen.
